Early November Group Fishing Trips

Two boats - eight guys and double the fun!

This week we had several work groups with eight guys splitting up and fishing side by side and having tons of fun and plenty of banter between the two boats.  These trips are plenty of fun and it beats sitting in the office all day - the perfect team building day out!

First up was the Datacomm boys, Blair has done a trip with us before and this time he brought back seven more of the crew to do battle with the kings and we split the crew between the two boats.  The boys on Epic loaded up first drop on two 20kg fish, one on the livie and Blair's new Daiwa jig getting hammered as well - Blair's 200 getting a workout and on the other side of the boat the Stella 20000 was howling on a monster

Blair's fish est 20k about to be released

This one a fraction bigger destined for the smoker, off to a good start fellas

Blair was on fire and into another on the jig

Meanwhile on Sanity on of the boys got into a nice snap in the 6kg mark which nailed a livebait

Half a dead makka accounting for another on Epic

What a way to get your first kingfish, Ben with a 22kg fish on Sanity

More fish for the boys on Epic on the livies

And the new set from Smart Marine was well and truly blooded to cap off a nice day on the water

Tuesday and it was time for the Enzed boys to do their thing!

Roger getting the day off to a nice start on Epic

Over on Sanity Jimmy cracked into his first of the day

Both livies and jigs doing the damage

Reece with a smile on his dial

Last spot at the Pins for Wayne before we decided to gap it to the Aldies to look for something bigger

The G Spot produce with some quality bites, triples, quads the norm

Over on Epic we had a tustle on our hands - two kings going in opposite directions, Wayne's Stella was howling and some serious drag had to be applied and it still kept on charging on, no chance to drive on this one as the other side of the boat we had another freight train

A bit of spine disfigurement no problem for this kingfish, it pulled harder than a lot this size

Wayne's was the fish of the day though, a monster fish round the 23 - 25kg mark

Time was getting on but the fish were off their nana so it would be rude not to have another droip

Jen with the last of the day

Wednesday and we had two crews from Fishing.net out, on Epic Grunta brought out site supporters from Nissan, ENL and Thomson Walker. On Sanity KurtH, Kingieslayer and Boulder were amongst the crew

Scotty from Thomson Walker with his Marquesa reel getting worked over, Zest Super Deep the jig

Grunta on the other side of the boat got done by a king on his blue Zest super Deep, meanwhile Scotty got his 16kg fish to the boat

Up at the Par Five on Sanity, Kurt stuck it to a similar sized fish

Dan from Nissan getting into one too

Grunta railed on the Van Stahl and Fin Nor Offshore - another double

Plenty of doubles, triples and quads through the afternoon at the Aldies, Grunta sticking it to one again

Quick pic while Scotty battles away with the best of the day

A new PB for Scotty pushing 20k's

Plenty of baits getting nailed over on Sanity too

Boulder sneaking one into the rail...

Choice one Kurt!

Thats the ticket fella

Grunta into one on his Jig Dancer rod and Z40, this one really gave him some stick

Calvin finished proceedings off with a nice fat fish on the Stella which gave him a hiding and a half!
