Big November NZ Kingfish
Report from Tobes
It was awsome to have some locals on the boat and I was hoping for some top action! deckie lee was back on the decks so we were in for a top day as she contributes so much to a charter and a fishing.net member made up the trip...plenty of fish and plenty of laughs all day.
The Dimax joinery lads had a cracker and nathan landed many good fish

Tony with this awsome scrapper

Live bait near the bottom and boom! nice snapp for tony

------------------------------
Fishing.net member Blue Legend had been waiting four months for a date, and they day finally arrived for Peck and his team of bandits!...as it was a 40th present there were a few ales the day before, fortunatly the weather gods had it wrong and the boys ahd a top day out on the pins getting bent.
Carl had a new set up Stella and offshore combo that needed blooding so he did just that on this fine king

He was on fire on the jigs nailing two fish in the late teens in sucession

Birthday boy Dave was in the action with this mid teens beauty

And again on the livebiats, a top fish at 22kg

double trouble...happened all day long!

Drew with a nice fish

and Peck bloods his new JigStar 250

---------------------------
Trung and his boys had booked three days with me on Sanity and had a blinder of the two days that weren't blown out!..To say the lads were pumped was an understatment, they had day one landlocked scouting the local fishing stores in whitianga..to be fair as soon as they hooked XOS maccie the laughs started and never stopped for two hard out days!
Bert was intorduced to kings...big kings! This 29kg model testing his indurance

double were common place for the boys

Pete was a hard out jigger and was rewarded more than once for his efforts

another top fish for pete

the JM rocket did the damage on this one

But this BEAST nailed a XOS maccie at the par 5, a solid fish in the early 30's

Tom had a ball

and a nice triple for the lads

Trung was not to be outdone and nailed this late teens beauty
